We at the 1. Squash Club Dresden e.V. are proud of our team’s  extensive product knowledge and of our strategy of putting the customer first.
We do our best to get great feedback on our customer service and have a very loyal customer base in the Sachsen region, Germany. We’re always happy to give professional advice!
We are authorized suppliers of every product on our website. If there is ever a problem with your order we’ll try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
All our products are evaluated or tested by our racket sports experts to ensure we offer you great products at a great price.
We are based in the premises of the XXL Sport Club, so any customer is able to try out any racket prior to purchase.

Secure Shopping

1. Squash Club Dresden e.V. understands the importance of online security, and we want our customers to feel confident that our payment process is safe and straightforward. That’s why we trust the old secure payment method of generating an invoice, and the customer making the payment as a bank transaction to the club’s bank account. Otherwise, we also offer the chance to pay in cash upon pickup of the item at the club. An invoice will be generated and handed to the customer anyhow.

Restring Services

We can restring squash, tennis, badminton and racketball rackets to your requirements, even at the point of purchase. We use an old-school traditional restringing machine and all restrings are undertaken by our racket experts. We can obtain most strings even if they are not shown on our website as being held in stock. We believe that an excellent string can make a significant difference to the performance of any racket. We are happy to give advice on the most appropriate string and string tension for your style and level of play.

Returns & Faulty Goods

What is your returns policy?

All returns should be sent to 1. Squash Club Dresden e.V., Breitscheidstraße 40, 01237 Dresden, Germany. Please include your full contact details and reason for the return. Further details of our returns policy can be found by clicking here.

Will you pay for the postage to return products?

We are only able to offer a full refund if the original grip wrapping is still in place. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and we will refund you, less postage costs.
